Valuation, the official member magazine, is mailed to 25,000 members and subscribers . Its goals are to deliver news, trends and business tips to commercial and residential real estate appraisers. The Appraisal Journal is mailed to 12,000 members and subscribers and is the Appraisal Institute’s peer-reviewed journal on analytical techniques.
